This notice explains how ABLOOM LIVING LTD ("Abloom Living", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit abloomliving.xyz, contact us, use our products or work with us. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

3. Client projects
When we build or host software for clients, the client is usually the controller of their users' data and we act as processor under a written data processing agreement (Article 28 UK GDPR).
4. Sharing
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run our business (hosting, email, accounting), under contracts requiring them to protect it. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
If data is transferred outside the UK, we use adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 12 months if no project follows. Client and accounting records: 6 years after the financial year end, as required by UK law. Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or the product launches.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email admin@abloomliving.xyz. We respond within one month.
8. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from a third-party image service (LoremFlickr, serving Flickr Creative Commons photos); these providers receive your IP address when content loads.
9. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
